Lisa R. Blalock is the co-founder of Lead with Legacy, a company founded on a movement stemming from the philosophy of Centric Leadership – the belief that we are responsible for consciously and purposefully creating the experience for everyone we come in contact with.
A strategist by nature, Ms. Blalock works with individuals and businesses to develop strategies that produce meaningful results. Her expertise is in organizational development, change management, preferred behavioral styles, communications and training. She has over 16 years of experience specifically in business management, training, consulting and coaching. She was instrumental in her role as Organizational Development Director to gain recognition for Rancho Santa Fe Technology as one of the “Best Places to Work in San Diego”. Her consulting practice includes both non- and for-profit businesses in the technology, healthcare and community services sectors.
Lisa is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego with a B.A. in Psychology. She received her certificate in Human Resources Management from San Diego State University Extended Studies and certification as a Professional in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is a past board member of the San Diego chapter of National Human Resources Association (NHRA) and currently serves on the Application Screening Committee for the annual SHRM Workplace Excellence Awards. In her spare time, she works to empower individuals to move forward confidently in life with passion and purpose and helps them visualize an end result along with taking simple steps to get there.
