Our Story
During our combined 40+ years experience as Human Resource professionals we discovered that many people seemed to get "stuck" or feel that they were not being "fulfilled" in their line of work, profession or life in general. We found that, often, they were also going through personal life transitions, feeling disconnected from purpose, passion, or leading a meaningful life.
We developed Step Into Purpose, a simple three-step process, to help individuals live life forward.
We also know leaders who create meaningful and memorable experiences for everyone they come in contact with by consciously and purposefully living their unique legacy. We believe our workplaces would be much more personally satisfying if all leaders led with legacy. Step Into Leadership is a curriculum for current and future leaders to identify the legacy that is unique to them.
Our passion is to help individuals and leaders live life forward with passion, purpose and a plan. And, we believe in paying it forward. Lead with Legacy is our vehicle for taking our personal life lessons, professional experiences and tools and sharing them with you so that you, too, may live your life forward with legacy.
